Sjatkarma decrease motapa amd sleshma problem. It is a divine path for purification. It is very important for chakra putification. This is done in fI've different ways- neti dhauti, nauli, vasti, kapalbhati, tratakNeti: purification process of nasal region- Jala neti, sutra neti, rubbed neti

Dhauti:
It is a process to release Sthool dosho or purification.
1)VATASAR Dhauti- Bhujangani mudra
2) Varisar dhauti
3) Bahisar dhauti - agnisar kriya
4) Ridhda dhauti
1) Vatasar dhauti: Same as Bhujangani mudra. Heals abdominal region

2)Varisar dhauti- shamkha prakshalayan (purification) It gives complete purification of from mouth to anus. Five asanas are used here- tadasana, triyak tadasana, kati chakrasana, triyakbhungasana, udarakasrshasana. 8 rotation. A. Laghu shankha prakshalan B. Purna shamkha prakshalayan.
Benefits of shankha prakshalayan
This is a process which cleanse the mouth to anus.

Caution
1) Milk and milk products, spicy, sour, गरिष्ट food should be avoid two days before and one week after the shankha prakhsalayan.
2) After purna shankha prakhalayan mung dal with ghee should be taken
3) don't take a shower immediately, at least after one hour with warm water.
4) Take rest but don't sleep at least for 1-2 hours.

4) Hridhdha dhauti
This is the process of organs of heart region purification
Danda dhautu, vastra dhauti, jala/vaman dhauti - kunjal kriya, vygra kriya
Danda dhauti- Stick of central banana tree or oily/ greesy/fatty bamboo is inserted slowly in mouth, .5 inch diameter, 2feet long. Kafa and pitta bikara releases, heart problem, lightness on heart, throat. Increases pranic energy.
Danda should be made in out very slowly.
Should be done under guidance of a good teacher.
Not for mentally diseased people.
Vastra dhauti: 2-4 inch breath; 8-15 feet long cotton cloth which should be stiched properly on all side to avoid thread come out
Good in Lyprosy and skin disease, asthma, diabetes, kafa pitta disorder
Increases physical strength and health.
Caution
Do it only in guidance by a perfect teacher
Be careful don't insert entire cloth
should be done only in an empty abdomen.
Not for mental disease
KUNJAL KRIYA , VYGRA KRIYA
Kunjal kriya bemefits- release gas and acidity of abdomen
Extra बल्गम is released
स्वसन disorder will release.
Good for Kafa disease
Internal purification of abdomen.
caution
Take food at least 30 minutes later
High bp patient should npt use salt but ony normal warm water with or without lemon
Adthama and heart disease patient should need extra care
Vyagra Kriya- This is like Kunjal kriya but this is done in not in empty stomach but full abdomen. When there is indigestion vomit is done. Specially when something bad food is taken.
Benefits:
Rotton and indigested food is taken out and improves digestive system and bad smell of mouth will heal.

Do not force much in vomiting.
