Whatever will happen in the future, manifests in the present in the form of breath. You can change your life and control worldly things by changing your breath.
Early morning- Look at the right hand if the right nostril is running, and then both. Look at the left hand if the left nostril is running, and then both.
Wake up- Begin your step on the ground with the right foot if the right nostril is running. Do it with your left foot if the left nostril is running.
Stepping on the floor be after inhalation and during purak, and during same purak step the other as well.
Going to bed: Stepping in the bed same rule as above.
Sukla paksha (Lunar fortnight) - 1-3 left nostrils, 4-6 right and so on.
Krishna paksha (Dark fortnight) - 1-3 right nostril, 4-6 left nostril and so on.
Methods of switching nostrils-
1) leg
2) Armpit ball
3) lying down
4) Nostril close
