Mindfulness Practice:

 

 Everyday, spare10 minutes in the morning and 10 minutes in the evening Evening. Keep your back straight and close your eyes. Focusing on the nostrils- above the upper lip, eyes closed, observation on the in-coming and out-going breath, realize the movement of the breath. Just be the seer of your breath, keep knowing the truth of the present breath. If the mind wanders, focus on your breath again. The regular practice of living in the present truth for at least 10 minutes a day will lead you to the path of truth. This is the basic step of enlightenment.
