 Benefits of nadi sodhan and anulom vilom

1) It os very important to practice to higher level meditation.
2)They manage nadi system i.e. It balances  the vital energy flow ida and pingala. 
3) Makes mind stable and peaceful.
4) Supplies sufficient amount of oxygen and nourish the body.
5) Releases the old accumulated air from lungs.
6) Very essential for high bp and heart diseases.

Contra indication:
Don't force much fir breathing
2) Dont breath through mouth.
3) Duration of kumbhak should be reduced if even little difficulty.
4) Heart patient and high bp patient should not retain breath. 

Benefits of Shitali and shitakari pranayama:
1) Reduces thirst.
2) Sweetens the speech.
3) Helpful for agressive people.
4) Provides mental stability and peace.
5) Cools the breaths and sends to lungs so makes lungs cool.
6) Good for high blood pressure.

Contra- indication:
1) Don't practice in very cold and rainy season.
2) Low bp, asthma, and excessive cough
3) No breath retention for hbp
4) गठिया arthiritis also avoid.

Bhastrika:
Benefits- 
Improves digestion
Keeps mind stable and peaceful
Massage througt by rhythmic and strong movement
Releases sewwling and cough ofvthroat
strengthens lungs
Releases diseases from lungs
Brings heat in body

Contra indication

1) Avoid if hbp, heart diseases, dizzy मिर्गी,
2) If sweating during bhastrika, stop the practice.

Ujjyai: Benefits

1) Most beneficial for thyroid patient.
2) Releases the stress from the mind.
3) Very good for high blood pressure.
4) Reduces the impurities or problems in the throat.
5) Increases spiritual consciousness
6) Very beneficial for insomnia.
7) Increases positive thoughts which inproves immune system.
Contra indication:
1) Don't do in case of very introvert.
2) No kumbhak for low bp, heart disease.

Bhramari: Benefits

1) Mental diseases- Irritability, anger, work stress, impulsive.
2) Sweetens sound
3) Good for insomnia
4) Good for heart patient and high blood pressure.
5) Relaxes and peace the mind.
6) Awanens for spiritual sound
7) Increases positive thoughts.

Contra indication:
1) Don't practice by lying.
2) In ear infection in ear, first release the infection then practice.
3) Concentration should be in sound during the practice.

Benefits of Surya bhedi-

1) Activated pingala nadi.
2) Strengthens digestive system.
3) Heals skin diseases.
4) Beneficial in low blood pressure.
5) Increases glow in face.
Contra indication:
High bp, heart diseases,  too summer season

3) Stops the thoughts evolution or thoughts generation.
4) Increases positive thoughts.

Contra indication-
1) Avoid if- Waist pain, neck pain (cervical ), high blood pressure.
2) Avoid- Heart patient, Epilepsy (falling disease मिर्गी), hernia, and any problem in the abdomen
3) Kapalbhati is the part of shat karma. This should be practiced only after learning from the yoga teacher.
