Acidity and food treatement

Sweet food is better for acidity.

In the presence of hcl food is digested. .02% Of hcl is normal all the time. When we take food  hcl increases to.04 to .05%. It is good to have good amount of hcl. If not there happens no hunger, weakness , weight loss,not feeling to eat , finher jhanjhanawat, headache , fever, vomit .
Hcl helps to digest food, piloric nerve opens,

Three things - hurry, worry, spicy food are harmful for abdomen.  
Fast food, fried and roasted food, oily food, medicine like anticipate, antibiotic, etc.
If high acidity fruits and vegetable without cover. Or with cover (peel)
Don't take anything which taste sour and spicy ( तीखा)
milk and roti/ banana ( but milk and roti should be avoided in other condition since it is wrong combination)
Fasting never creates acidity if it is done for good purpose with good feelings.
250 gm× 5 times a day. 1d-3-3 Hours, 2d- 2-2 hours, 3d- 1.45 m, 4d- 1.30 m, 5d- 1.15, 6-1hr,  7-55m, 8-50m, 9-12, 13,14d- 45m, 16 40m, 17- 35m 18d- 30m
Ending on 40th day.
till 2 pm 41d- milk, Banana, 2 ban
Three liters a day is enough.
44D- 2roti 1 curry
45D- 250g milk and 1 banana - breakfast
3 Pm milk banana ,

Take proper rest as long as you want.
