Hot and Cold Water Fomentation of abdomen पेट कि ठन्डा गरम सेक

 Method:

1) Place hot water bag on abdomen for 3 minutes. During this 3 minutes move hot water bag on all places of abdomen.  Patient is laid down.

2) After that remove hid bag and keep wet towel or piece of cotton cloth on abdomen for one minute.

3) Continue it for three cycle. (12 minutes completes)

4) On the fourth round 3 three minutes hot bag and three minutes wet cloth. In this way it requires 18 minutes.


Note: It is very important to keep placing hot bag from one part of abdomen to another part

Tools
Hot water bag, small tower, tub, hot water, cold water.65-70 degree ferenhite

Principal- This therpy repeatedly brings blood to the surface and internal organs like a pump.

Method:
Lay the patient down on back in a relaxed position.
Remove the cloth of abdomen.
First give hot formantation for three minutes and keep cold wet towel. Repeat it three times. In the fourth time- both 3 -3 minutes and therapy time over. Every time before using towel cold resoak the towel and squize.

Action reaction : When we do warm sek, blood keshika wo me expansion happens and cold water contraction happens which increase the blood flow and by contraction blood carries difelments and removes from their place. In this way difelments mixes with blood and excrete through excretory orgams

Avoid
Internal bleeding, ulcer, bleeding piles, ulcerative colitis, bruise, hiper acidity.

Caution:
Neither to cold water, nor to warm water.
तेज हवाका झोक्का नहि लगना चाहिए
In an empty stomach or after 3-4 hours gap.
If necessary, enima can be given after therapy.
Keep at least half an hour gap to take meal.
