 Elements to increase life force.

1) Sleep 2)sun 3) air 4) water 5) natural food 6) positive thoughts 7) Away from negative thoughts
1) Sleep: Early to bed and early to rise. Sleep before 12 pm becomes  better than sleep after 12 pm.  Before sleep make your mind positive. Best to observe your breath for 5 minutes just before go to bed.
2) Sun:  Try to get sun light regularly to as many parts as possible. Best cream and best sun screen in world is home made almond oil.  Apply alovera after bath for best cream. Eating it in breakfast ar before gives best benefits.
3) Water: Pure and natural water should be drunk.
4) Air: Fresh air should be breath. Cross ventilated room so window should be there in room.
5) Natural food: Try to take and food in the original formin which nature has given us.
6) Positive thoughts:  Practice positive thoughts at least just before going to bed and right after wake up.
7) Away from negative thoughts: Don't speak negative, lie, don't seek negativity.  Tea, coffee, drugs etc. increase negative thoughts.
