Aim :
To know the temperature , and conversation
Degree centigrade system of temperature:
पैमाना freezing point to boiling point is divided in 100 parts. O degree is known as freezing point and 100 degree is boiling point. In ferenhite system 32 degree is freezing point and 212 degree is boiling. So it is divided in 180 parts.
Conversion formula
F =9/5 C+ 32
x°C= 5/9 (x°-32)
Method:
1) Oral
2) Axilla
3) Rectal ( anus)

To know body temperature first thermameter joggle and  make it down.  Clean it with anticipate and water. Keep it on tongue and close mouth. Note the reading after one minute.
It can be done by axilla as well but one  degree is added.
precaution - before measurement joggle । hold the thermameter with lips not with teeth.

Types of fever:
1) Continuous fever
2) Intermittant fever
3) Remitant fever
4) Low grade fever.
Common cause of hypo thermia
1) Exposure to cold less than 95 °F.
2) Hypoglycemia ( Sugar level very low).

Steam Bath भाप स्नान

 This therapy is given to sweat gland and release unwanted materials out by sweat.
