Key points for practice:

1) When you bend to the right side you should push hips to the left and try to maintain balanced weight on each foot. Same to the other side.

2) Mindful movement with breath. Exhale while going to the side and inhale while releasing the pose.

Trikonasana-1: Arms Stretched sideways

Trikonasana-2: Upper arm stretched next to the ear.

Trikonasana- 3: Upper arm on the waist.

Trikonasana-4: Upper arm and shoulder push backwards, hand behind the back

Trikonasana-5: Upper hand on the other shoulder blade and push backwards
