Hemoglobinometry

  Hemoglobin which is red color oxygen carrier,  to measure its percentage. If there is less hemoglobin it happens aneamia. Materials- Sahli's hemoglobinometer, Pipette Distilled water Glass rod Needle In matching tube upto 2% mark - n/10 hcl fill. By bleaking needle take blood out and keep in Pipette up to 20 mark. Keep this blood in matching tube and shake frequently for 5-10 minutes until it get good mixture. After this matching tube is kept in middle of the stand by which prefixed रंगदार नलोकाओं के साथ उसकी तुलना कि जासके . Now keep distilled water on it by drop by drop and do तुलना of the mixture. Till the number of matching tube blood reaches there hemoglibin %age is mentioned.
